To be eligible to use a Region Discount, the school/institution/organization must be an active member of both APPA International and the region. To join, please visit https://www.appa.org/membership/.

CAPPA Region (CAPPA)

Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas; the Canadian provinces of Manitoba and Nunavut; and the Mexican states of Aguascalientes, Coahuila, Colima, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Mexico, Michoacan, Morelos, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, Queretaro, San Luis Potosi, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, and Zacatecas

Preauthorization Required:  When you use the CAPPA discount code (coupon), you are affirming that you will take the examination within 30 days after the 90 day course.  CAPPA coupons require prior authorization from your immediate supervisor or manager prior to registration for the course.

Managers or supervisors should send an email directly to [email protected] giving you authorization to take the course and use the CAPPA coupon, which should include your name and email address.  Once Matt receives this email, you will be able to register for the course.

APPA & UTSA Facilities Management online graduate certificate program

Anyone who does not already qualify for a regional discount can qualify for the APPA & UTSA Facilities Management online graduate certificate program discount if you are enrolled in the UTSA FM graduate program.  

International Schools – Strategic Partners, United Nation

Anyone who is a member of AUDE, HEFMA, or TEFMA and does not qualify for any other APPA discounted coupon can qualify for this coupon. Contact [email protected] to qualify.

Military – United States, Canada

Anyone who does not already qualify for a regional discount can qualify for a military discount if you are actively serving, a veteran, or on reserve.  You must have either a U.S Military (.mil) or a Canadian Armed Forces (@forces.gc.ca) address to qualify.

Business Partners

Any currently active Business Partner with APPA can qualify for the Business Partner discount.  Regardless of the membership level, employees of a company who is in good standing, having paid the current APPA membership dues can qualify for this discount.
