“North Carolina State University is combating COVID-19 by tracking building spaces their housekeepers clean and disinfect with Google forms and sheets. The form and sheet couples 20 zones and covers 240 buildings. The form logs building, space ID, confirm disinfection, date of cleaning, comments, timestamps entry date, and submitter’s email address. This information links to the building data sheets, which highlights completed spaces with all relevant information. The master sheet will be visible to customer service and inform occupants when spaces are safe for occupation.“
