Follow the steps below to create an account, and post your job opening.
STEP 1 – If you’re not in the APPA database, create your own account by completing the form at https://online.appa.org/appassa/censsacustmast.insert_page.
STEP 2 – Login to myAPPA at https://www.appa.org/login/. You’ll be taken to your myAPPA Dashboard page.
STEP 3 – Click on the myAPPA link at the top of the page, then click on the myJobExpress section. This is where you can post and pay for your ads from the Advertise link. You will place the ad yourself in the myJobExpress section, and provide your credit card payment information, which is required for placement. Please use Chrome as your browser for submitting ads.
- Remember to include the all-important How to Apply link/information to your ad.
- Qualified positions must be facilities management positions at educational institutions. Job Express does not list openings for non-facilities positions at non-educational institutions (such as sales or management positions for private companies). All listings are screened before approval, and APPA reserves the right not to accept a listing if it does not meet the criteria required.
To revise your Job Express ad after submission – Login to myAPPA -> myJobExpress -> Manage Your Account. Under Review Previous Invoices, you’ll be able to access and edit your recent JE ads.
STEP 4 – Online prepayment is required for ad placement.
