
Purpose: APPA’s Communications Strategy group serves as the steward for the integrity, growth, and dissemination of the association’s collective body of knowledge.
Charges: The group leverages web-based content, social media platforms, and related informational materials and tools to advance APPA’s goal of cultivating community, enhancing networking, and delivering continuous learning opportunities. Ultimately, the group aims to assess APPA’s and the region’s various communication and marketing needs to ensure members are appropriately informed of programs, services, and engagement opportunities.

- Prepare strategic and tactical actions
- Determine the best communication outlets
- Layout strategies and tactical communication strategies and prepare actionable approaches.
