Many educators were excited about the new academic year as a chance to “return to normal” after the coronavirus pandemic. But in the last month — with the spread of the Delta variant — the pandemic has continued to change the way colleges operate.

  • The challenge posed by the pandemic to meeting student mental health needs — and how colleges adjusted their offerings.
  • The plans of colleges for reaching out to students when the pandemic is over.
