2025 is on the horizon, and so is the first offering of APPA U, which will be held January 6–9, 2025 at the Omni Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas.

APPA U is now held in January and June of each year and consists of the long-standing Institute for Facilities Management and the Leadership Academy, offering the convenience of several educational opportunities in one location.

APPA U Schedule and Details:

• Institute for Facilities Management: January 6–9
  A robust lineup of educational programs for facilities professionals at every career level. In addition to topic-specific courses in the four “core” curricula that every IFM graduate eventually takes (Energy & Utilities, General Administration, Planning, Design & Construction, and Operations & Maintenance), attendees also select from various electives.
• Leadership Academy: January 7–9
  The Academy offers every opportunity and angle for those who want to focus on all aspects of FM leadership (individual, interpersonal, managerial, and organizational effectiveness skills).
• Supervisor’s Toolkit: January 6–9
  This course takes a structured, open-ended, and pragmatic approach to developing supervisors and helping them realize personal and professional growth.

Save the Date: APPA U in June 2025

The June 2025 offering of APPA U will be held at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, Orlando, Florida, June 2–5, 2025, with the Institute for Facilities Management to be held June 2–5. Leadership Academy will be held from June 3–5.
