APPA Announces David Ulmer as New Chief Operating Officer

David joins APPA from EnergyCAP, where he most recently served as Chief Product and Technology Officer. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development of cutting-edge software solutions that enabled organizations to improve energy efficiency and achieve sustainability goals. His career has been defined by his passion for leveraging technology to enhance operational performance and helping organizations succeed. 

With a deep understanding of emerging technologies and organizational strategy, David is a critical asset in advancing APPA’s objectives.
