2023–24 Facilities Performance Indicators (FPI) Survey Opens

Only APPA members can take the survey, as it can only be accessed with your APPA institutional ID number supplied by APPA. Click here to complete the form and receive access to the FPI survey. Upon completing the form, you’ll receive an email with your institutional ID and survey link. The survey link and ID can be emailed to anyone on campus, and it is recommended that you assign people to specific modules/areas of the survey to complete.
